into partnership with our friends Steve and Jeffie Casey to bring our
second European to America, this time from Paula Sunebring's top
winning Swede Sun kennel . Qarlie is the first Swede Sun basset to come to America and the first to become an American Champion. This little 3 month old bundle of energy came out of her crate at L. A. X. airport and immediately decided that California was "her kind of town". Qarlie finished in style with two Specialty wins-- see Show News for additional photos |

litter, Ziggy
was 5 months
old when she
arrived in the US. After a 24 hour flight it took her about 1/2
hours to
become a part of
the Desiree Acres Pack. That first night she snuggled up to pack leader
Scout and they have been
"best buds" ever since. . Ziggy finished her US championship in 2004, exclusively handled by Mary. Her influence is already being felt in our bloodlines ~ she is the mother of Desiree Acres Razberi Zinger (sired by Ch. Desiree Acres Foster) & grandmother of our two latest litters which include our latest show stars GCh. Snickers & Ch. Saint Cecilia and the future stars Dexter, Diesel and Ch. Dozer |
